JOURNEYMAN LEVEL CONCRETE FINISHER/FORMSETTER

Duties include: high level of experience in form-setting for flatwork, buildings, retaining walls, decks, tilt-up, batter boards, curb, curb & gutter, drive approaches, etc.; extensive knowledge of establishing grades and lines, both by laser equipment and conventional survey gear; will need experience in rebar and rebar layout; installation of all types of foundation hardware; place and finish all types of concrete, including: shoveling/raking, tamping/vibrating, screeding/rodding, bullfloating/fresno troweling; all types of finishing such as with power trowels (walk-behind/ride-on), hard trowel, sweat, broom, exposed and decorative; experienced in the operation of skiploaders and/or bobcats.

  • Must be in good physical condition; able to kneel down on your     hands and knees for extended periods of time; lift 100 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have nail bags, sledge hammer, standard carpentry hand     tools
  • Must have concrete finishing tools including trowels, floats, hand     edgers, jointers and sliders
  • Must pass a drug screening
